With binaries excluding Garfield.dll (which uses absolute generated path on load, and is not portable).
The gfortran binaries are supposed to be a sample of what dll should be copied to work stand-alone, not as substitute for a mingw system.

Only MD runtime library is here, since mingw and root distribution have no MDd variant.
Debug symbols not included, since binaries by default reference .pdb via absolute path, and is not portable.
