Ensures the correct EIP-1193 provider is used using EIP-6963 mipd detection.
Tested across the board with snaps adapter/hdwallet/web local link and confirmed this makes JSON-RPC requests happy internally within the snap when multiple EIP-1193 wallets are installed:
