Use the USB removable media icon instead of the CD icon for the Ubiquity and USB Creator icons.

Use the USB removable media icon instead of the CD icon for the Ubiquity and USB Creator icons.
For USB Creator, the icon now matches the application name.
For Ubiquity, when trying Xubuntu Live this icon will be seen as the "Install Xubuntu" icon on the desktop. USB media is likely what most people use now as disc drives have become more rare (and the live image size is greater than that of a CD now).
I know (as mentioned in #341) that this type of icon can become antiquated, so if there is a better solution (or if the CD still works just fine) let me know.
