Introduction

This repository contains Jupyter Notebooks to demonstrate how to perform pythonic crystallographic electron microscopy with pyXem.

Data required for the nanowire tutorial is available here.

Data required for the ePSIC tutorial is available here. Note that this is ~8.5Gb download!

Please do report any issues that you have with the demos so that we may update them.
