docs 폴더와 관련 내용을 제거합니다.
docs 폴더를 지운 이유
현재 repo 세팅 상 "커밋 > PR > 리뷰 > 머지"의 많은 과정을 거쳐야 해 문서 수정이 어렵습니다.
커밋하기 쉬운 repo를 따로 만들어 문서 수정을 쉽게 하고, 팀원들이 더 원활하게 문서를 작성하도록 합니다.
