nextjs-recoil-timer

Implement the timer when we google "timer", the search result's timer.

feature

should contain countdown/stopwatch two tab and content. (check the google's ui).
should start/edit/stop/reset the countdown timer.
should start/stop/reset the stopwatch timer.
