[Feature] Support other arcs (#1)

* fixed directory argument

* added arc argument, added support for arc6.
fixed selecting single digit chapters

* cleanup from merge n fix bs

* fixed temperature typo

* dump filename now has correct arc

* arcs other than 7 now properly remove their TOC

* remove the arc 7 checker since this adds support for other arcs

* update merge to support other arcs
