GLPI Web Services Connector

This is a template to automatically create incident tickets in GLPI, from OpCon

Prerequisites

  • OpCon V19.1
  • Web Services Connector V 20.0.3
  • In GLPI enable API REST (Configuration/General/Api)
  • Create two new Global Properties :
    • [[GLPI-API-PATH]] : your GLPI API url
    • [[GLPI-User-Token]] : User authorization API (Administration/user/username) Regenerate API Token

Instructions

  • Download the .json file
  • Create your Opcon job Type = Windows, Sub-type = Web Services
  • Import Template, choose your .json
  • Select step2 in your job, check the body json, and modify it if you need (OpCon Global Properties are supported)
