Maintenance 2024: link updates, pointers to new related work

Some of the many Web resources that we refer to have moved, and a few have disappeared.

With the help of the link checker lmt, we updated many of those, and used the opportunity to point at two new method/practice collections, ESE and VDAD and Context Mapper 6.12, now featuring stakeholder and (ethical) value modeling capabilities.
