The transformation list sometimes doesn't refresh properly, even if a graph is selected when multiple tabs / editors are open.

To address this, a timeout after ~5 seconds with no transformations could cause an explicit refresh button to appear.

Recent changes in #203 may have fixed this, currently impossible to reproduce. Status unclear.
