Preform a series of minor tweaks to the documentation's index page. This includes: - Use em dashes for link descriptions. - Tweak bottom hr to not make it appear part of quoted link text. - Using a cleaner GitHub logo. Signed-off-by: James Knight <james.d.knight@live.com>
