Who I am

A swiss guy, almost 30 yrs old (omg), loving to automate stuff.

I started farming chia some weeks ago and was frustrated by the available tooling. So I went ahead and started to develop a toolchain not only for me, but also for other Windows farmers facing the same issues.

My knowledge in and around chia grows day by day. So do my tools.

My Background

First things first: I'm not a professional developer, nor a distributed systems expert.

However, I'm a tech enthusiast and also a profesional computer scientist. I'm amazed by technology and what It can do for people. But as many products and technologies are too complex for the average user, I focus on making complex tech available to everyone.

I started my career in IT operations, progressing as a Systems Engineer mainly focussed on Microsoft Systems Management and fabric services (storage, compute, network) for OnPremises and Azure. In doing so, I gained a lot of experience with PowerShell. As of right now, I somehow ended up up in a more marketing-style role garnered with some technical writing.
