Become a sponsor to Typst
Hey there!
We develop Typst, a markup-based typesetting system that is designed to be as powerful as LaTeX while being much easier to learn and use. We started Typst as a hobby project in university and somehow ended up here. The Typst language, compiler, and its web app are in very active development while we get feedback from the community and continue improving things. πͺ΄π»
You can support us in our mission of making the lives of students and scientists everywhere easier by becoming a sponsor. We are currently operating on some Business Angel investment and community sponsorships. With your sponsorship, we can cover our infrastructure costs, buy work & testing equipment, contract freelancers, and possibly even bring on a paid intern or student worker. Together, we can simplify writing for students and researchers across the world! π¬π
We will accept sponsorships until we achieve enough conventional revenue through paid offerings. We'll also reconsider our funding strategy if we receive significant investment. For the moment, we have put together a few sponsorship tiers that have a few perks and allow you to get exclusive merch as a bonus! π
So far, we have been astounded by the response from the community! We really appreciate every single user, issue, and pull request. Thank you! Don't feel like you have to sponsor us but if you have got the resources we would greatly appreciate your help! With your support, we can accelerate Typst's development and adoption even further. π
No matter how, we are glad that you are a part of our typographic journey and wish you all the best!
