How to test
Generate the image using the github actions in bigdata-infrastructure. Ran a workspace on dev and replaced the deployment image tag with the branch name or built by the ci: public.ecr.aws/n8e8v3t5/bigdata-notebook:lab-4.1.8-ofas-31799c9. Launching a new notebook is working and switching kernels is working
