You can get this log message if the autoscaler isn't scaling up for the pod:

`WARN, AutoScaler - Attempt Scale Up, Pod xxxx is pending but its constraints differ from the group labels. NodeSelector: '{"kubernetes.io/os":"linux"}'`

Autoscaler not scaling up for the pod can happen for several reasons, such as if all the launch specs have taints.

For Elastigroup, the [custom group labels](elastigroup/tools-integrations/kubernetes-with-elastigroup/custom-label-selectors) must match the node selector for the autoscaler to scale for a pod. For example, if the group has custom labels group1, group2, and group3, the nodeSelector must have identical custom labels group1, group2, and group3. If you're using built-in labels, they don't need to match. Elastigroup autoscaler supports [these built-in labels](https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/labels-annotations-taints/).
