FoldMason Release 2 brings numerous bug fixes and updated visualization.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Re-wrote alignment logic in structuremsa module (d695073)
  • Update Foldseek library
  • msa2lddtreport now produces visualization in line with web server (ecae81c)

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed visualization breaking when page width wider than alignment
  • Fixed inconsistent behavior merging alignments when multi threaded
