A viewer webapp for Outside Broadcast.

Depends upon a build.properties file, with the following property definitions:

	gwtsdk.dir = /path/to/gwt
	appenginesdk.dir = /path/to/appengine

and the following option definitions (exclude for no proxy):

	proxy.host = <proxy host>
	proxy.port = <proxy port>
