It's our first time doing giveaways like these and the limit only exists due to limited funds, given we don't know how many people to expect.

It is an historical rule that we set for this repository. We only pushed options that anyone can qualify for without
any kind of competition. We may revise this, wdyt @swapagarwal?

At this point, we're willing to remove the the competition aspect ("while supplies last") if that helps.

We were concerned about what would happen if too many people applied, but the actual numbers are much smaller than we thought so we're not too worried about that anymore. 😅
