add hasura swags #1131

I've added the Hasura's swag opportunity. This solves the issue #1111

We usually keep history by creating a new item. What do you think about this ?

So I just realized this is a raffle. A single winner will get the 1000$.
But we can't list opportunities tied to contests or raffles with exclusive eligibility requirements. We want to keep the experience open and enjoyable for everyone. Unfortunately, we can't proceed with this one.
I will mark this has hacktoberfest-accepted since you did the effort of implementing it, but will proceed with closing this PR. Feel free to work on any other issue!
