Russian locale update

Do not silently lose work when closing Ardublock using its 'close-button'
(Closing the Arduino IDE still silently loses Ardublock work)

There’s still also a chance to try out different skins using different Ardublock .jar files.

• Master – tried and tested legacy layout
• TC – my vision of what might work better (Please try it out - comments needed)
• Slim - as TC but slimmer, with no specific hardware blocks.

Just one day since the last release may seem weird but there are quite a few changes.

This release improves the basic ‘Pin’ related blocks, corrects typo’s and daft errors.

There’s also a chance to try out different skins using different Ardublock .jar files.

• Slim – as ‘TC’ but reduced to basic block draws. No manufacturer specific hardware blocks

Well, ArduBlock has been very quiet and this is the first version for quite a while that actually works with an up-to-date Arduino IDE, so this seemed the right time to generate a pre-release.
