This version is terribly unbalanced, but is reasonably playable. Here are (most) of the changes in this release:
- Fixed an issue where the mod would crash with HWRM version >=2.3
- Added new start fleets for Kushan and Taiidan
- Added new turret build options to the Hiigaran Battlecruiser
- Updated the Taiidan and Kushan scouts
- Various tweaks
