Apart from adding support for these functions, I've added some test files containing HLSL 2017 and HLSL 2021 language features that are not currently supported by HLSL Tools. (I commented out everything except the part that calls the select/and/or functions, so that the unit tests still work.)
If I get time (and you're okay with it) I'll work on adding support for some of these missing features, starting with enums.
