Trained checkpoints

We publish these trained checkpoints' weights as in the paper's benchmark table.

This includes: Trained CIFAR-10 model on 64-bits (re-run), and trained ImageNet100 models on 16-bits, 32-bits, 64-bits, 128-bits settings (all using AlexNet backbone).
