Just putting rush out into the world :)
It's probably not ready for primetime, and there are probably bugs. But I've started using it to move some files around and it's been good so far. I've put in plenty of safeguards to make sure it doesn't accidentally let you overwrite files, and the like.
I've built binaries for x86 macOS and Linux here, because I don't have ARM machines (yet).
