This patch adds below soundwire hardware configuration on
ARL platform:

link 0: RT722 multi-function codec with 2 endpoints: Headset and DMIC
link 2: RT1320 Left and Right amplifier

Note: the RT722 codec internal speaker output is not used.

Do we need the topologies for PTL RVP? Like sof-ptl-rt721, sof-ptl-rt721-4ch, sof-ptl-rt722-4ch.
@macchian Does #9576 need to be backported?

@bardliao We don't have PTL binaries in 2.11 yet, so those can be ignored. Not sure about #9576 , I think these are for Chromebooks which don't get the tplgs via sof-bin (note: we will release these all in the next major release in Q1 2025).

Confirmed with @macchian those are for Chrome. It is not necessary backport to 2.11.2
