+
+## Rules
+
+- In addition to creating pull requests, ideas and feature pushes are encouraged in the issues tab
+- Use feature branches. **Create an issue for every single feature or bug** and **label** it. If you are a core contributor, create a branch named gopipeline/[issue #] to resolve the issue. If you are not a core contributor, fork and branch.

+## gocache
+
+gocache is a partitioned cache module with generic support. It uses gopromise in order to allow simultaneous fetching, where many processes may be attempting to look up a single resource.
