Here is the gamepad pull request. It allows to handle basic gamepad support (axis and button state polling, dead zone retrieval on java implementation). I'll add another layer to handle default mapping ie something to know if we have a "well known" gamepad (like xbox or ps3) plugged in a separate future pull request.
I am not a git expert, I hope this is a clean enough request.
