This Chrome extension allows you to easily copy the body of an email from Gmail and send it to Claude
Since this extension is not available on the Chrome Web Store, you'll need to install it manually. Follow these steps:

Download or clone this repository to your local machine.

Open Google Chrome and navigate to
chrome://extensions
. -
Enable "Developer mode" by toggling the switch in the top right corner.

Click on "Load unpacked" button that appears after enabling developer mode.

Navigate to the directory where you saved this extension and select the folder.

The extension should now be installed and visible in your Chrome browser.

Open Gmail in your Chrome browser.

Open an email you want to send to Claude.

Click on the extension icon in your browser toolbar.

Click the "Copy Email to Claude" button in the popup.

The extension will automatically open Claude in a new tab and paste the email content.
You can customize the text that's prepended and appended to the email when sending to Claude:

Right-click on the extension icon and select "Options".

In the options page, you can modify the prepend and append text.

Click "Save" to store your changes.

You can also click "Reset to Default" to revert to the original settings.
