Pre-release of iMAP version 1.0: Associated manuscript "iMAP: an integrated bioinformatics and visualization pipeline for microbiome data analysis". Read the manuscript at https://rdcu.be/bIxrg.

Note: The iMAP v1.0 is at the preliminary phase. It currently lacks significant aspects of reproducibility compared to the existing modern bioinformatics workflow management systems.
