Features

• There are certain posts that are occupied by characters, whose skills impact the fleet.
• Other characters can be assigned to special missions, where their specific skill set would be more useful.
• Characters can be changed from posts, but they may not be happy about it.
• Characters gain skill over time, enhancing their efficiency.
• Characters leave their post/ship/fleet when they leave for missions/other jobs.
• Characters can have traits, that effect their skills and certain events that fire.
• Both traits and skills can have negative effects on the ship and the character.
