The Lepidoptera Anatomy Ontology contains terms used for describing the anatomy and phenotype of moths and butterflies in biodiversity research.
LEPITAXA – Lepidopteran Classification Project
The goal of this project was to classify diamond-back moths from a variety of insects. The dataset consisted of images taken from a real insect trapping device that trapped all kinds of insects, including moths.
An arXiv paper semantic recommender system initiated at Hack Cambridge 2019, hopefully continued afterwards!
