A ROS driver for the Septentrio Mosaic development kit GNSS/GPS module

A basic GPS/GNSS receiver that shows NMEA data on LCD display, using Arduino and mosaicHAT (based on Septentrio mosaic-X5).

SBF is Private Binary Protocol of Septentrio trademark which uses in its own GNSS devices.

miti-iono (mitigate ionosphere): Code to extract Septentrio receiver data to create ionosphere and beam maps for https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.06144. Future work will include code to cross-correlate and decode GNSS baseband data.

Preliminary work for a Septentrio to RINEX converter
