Allows specifying the flow threshold and the cell prob threshold.
And refactor the factory to limit repeated code.
Normally the omnipose executable does it but let's make double sure.
With a gotcha: omnipose is based on cellpose 1, so there is no 'cellprob_threshld_ parameter, but 'mask_threshold' instead.

This PR adds two variations of the cellpose and omnipose detectors, with 'advanced' parameters:
