Description
Adopt
linux-ci.ymlCI pipeline to the Ubuntu 24.04 upgrade.actions/runner-images#8659 has been fixed automatically on the Ubuntu update, so no longer need a workaround with downgrading the deps.
However, there is a problem with using
lcov 2.0-4ubuntu2from the standard Ubuntu apt registry, so we have to installlcov 1.5-1manually.How to test
