instructions

• for firefox, install tree style tab and use the default dark theme
  • appdata/roaming/mozilla/firefox/profiles/$.default/chrome/userChrome.css
• for thunderbird, install a dark theme/persona to theme the titlebar and tabs.
  • appdata/roaming/thunderbird/profiles/$.dev-edition-default/chrome/userChrome.css

firefox mods

• blackout navbar and titlebar
• hide tab bar
• move menu bar to titlebar
• hide sidebar header
• remove circle from back button

thunderbird mods

• dark theme for folderpane and messagebox
• early theming of calendar view
