second release - updated by mkbiosfont tool

Hi,

I draft a second release because I have added a second tool for converting to BIOS font data.

You can read more details in README.md of this repository.

First and quick release. Zip file contains binaries for 64-bit Windows and Linux.
Just copy your executable into somewhere in PATH environment variable and
you can use it.
