GitHub Actions: build.yml: add platform parameter

This parameter allows us to build RT flavor of EVE and publish it as well as NVIDIA, Pollux and IMX flavours of EVE for ARM Signed-off-by: Pavel Abramov <uncle.decart@gmail.com>
