ns3_adapter logs in opt/carma/logs//<>/rosout.log has inconsistent timestamp format , it's switching between epoch time and simulation time

Version

4.5.0 (Current)

Expected Behavior

It should stay in epoch time

Actual Behavior

ns3_adapter logs in opt/carma/logs//<>/rosout.log has inconsistent timestamp format , it's switching between epoch time and simulation time

Steps to Reproduce the Actual Behavior

  1. Start the simulation
  2. Finish a run
  3. Check rosout.log in opt/carma/logs/
