Updated hblock: removed couple of entries from the adblocks list. Removed duplicate and dead entries from special_blocks list. Sorted the list alphabetically. Updated the shasum for hblock file. Updated the readme with windows command terminal method to check hash algorithms.

• Corrected the shasum from earlier release, which was incorrect.
• Updated my own list of special blocks in the list of blocks.
• Affiliated to my own suit for blocks (credit is properly given anyways).
