Download DNS66 through F-Droid, add

Add the contents of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/arthurgeron/blockYTAds/master/hosts.txt to
your /etc/hosts file
Add the contents of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/arthurgeron/blockYTAds/master/hosts.txt to
your c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file
