This project is based on the paper Single-Shot Underwater Image Restoration: A Visual Quality-Aware Method Based on Light Propagation Model accepted on the Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation (JVCI 2018). It implements a method to restore the visual quality of images immersed underwater.
