- There are recent issues accessing the p2 repositories - From the stacktrace it is visible that tycho 1.0.0 tries to use the eclispe http client 4 to access the p2 repos. With the latest eclipse there has been an update to the http client which is possibly usied in latest tycho as well. --- Task #10: Update to newest Eclipse version

- Downgrading maven integration from 1.12 to 1.11. because it is absed on maven 3.6.1 which has problems with tycho resolving repositories. --- Task #10: Update to newest Eclipse version
