plotting the flower w.r.t to length ,width convoluted to color of flower

requirements:

1.predicting the output given on the basis of given input

2.depending on the given input taking which type of activation function should be used

finally calculating the diffrence between exact ouput and predicted output and try to minimise that cost as close as possible

working strategy behind

finally output by the computer system wheter flower is red or blue
