= Redmine Trac Wiki Formatter This is a redmine plugin that supports Trac-style wiki markup within Redmine. This makes it easier for those that would like to "upgrade" from Trac to Redmine without losing an existing wiki or those who are using Redmine but prefer Trac's wiki formatting over that of Redmine's == License This work is released under the Apache Software License, version 2.0. Trac is a ticket tracking system that has many built-in features including a source code browser, integrated wiki, etc. See ((<<the official site|URL:http://trac.edgewall.org/)) for more details == Plugin installation === Prerequisites * Redmine and its prerequisites * On Ruby 1.8 you'll need Oniguruma - http://oniguruma.rubyforge.org/ === Installation (1) Copy the plugin directory into the vendor/plugins directory (2) Start Redmine Installed plugins are listed on 'Admin -> Information' screen. == Future Plans * finishing support of all Trac markup (tables, etc) == Thank You To * A big thank you to Yuki Sonoda (Yugui: https://github.com/yugui) for providing the patch that modularized formatting within Redmine (http://www.redmine.org/issues/2025) and providing the template that I imitate to create this plugin.
