%appdata%\roaming\I2PChat - Linux:
~/.i2pchat/
The important files are users.config (your contact list) and application.ini (your unique id, configuration settings and avatar)
Note: If updating from an earlier version on Windows (with I2P-Messenger.exe) your settings will be stored in %appdata\roaming\I2P-Messenger
