JFace migrated to Markdown

This is currently the text, as is. Links will be checked later, once other documents have been migrated broken links will be adjusted. Fixing links is a "chicken and egg" problem, as all documents need to be migrated before all links can be fixed and due to efficiency this will be done after the majority of wiki pages have been migrated. For eclipse-platform#747
