Feat/change placeholder and expand search parameter

What problem is this solving?

Before, the search was not being done just by the name of the organization and the placeholder was just "Search

How to test it?

1. Select the "Applications" menu.;
2. From the opened menu, select "Organizations.";
3. Searching an organization;
