Matcha

This is a Flexible, Responsive and Powerful UI framework, what I want it to be. ;-) However, it is only consist of some layouts, components and Sass helpers (variables, functions and mixins) now.

Matcha is a library based on Compass, so you should install Ruby and Compass before use it.
