Alibaba ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL Service

Terraform module which deploys PostgreSQL service on Alibaba Cloud.

• Support standalone(one read-write HA instance) and replication(one read-write HA instance and multiple read-only instances, for read write splitting).
