Implement multi-call binary in order to support installation via cargo install dfiles.

End goal is a workflow similar to:

Install a Single dfiles executable

dfiles link [--link-name <app-link-name>] <app-name> </path/to/bin/directory>

Install all dfiles executables

dfiles link-all [--link-prefix <prefix>] </path/to/bin/directory>
